QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
  • Proven work experience as an Account Manager in an advertising agency or relevant role
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and manage tasks within a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work and collaborate within a high-performing team
  • BA/BS degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field
RESPONSIBILITIES & REQUIREMENTS
  • Manage day to day client communications as the client’s primary point of contact
  • Overseeing customer account management
  • Be the advocate for the client’s success
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Acting as a channel of communication between clients and the organization.
  • Prepare reports on account status
